Seller Agreement
Effective date: October 26, 2026
This Seller Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of TroveWright's marketplace to sell items as a seller, operated by Frosty Fitz Games LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company ("TroveWright," "we," "us"). It is separate from and in addition to the general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply to your use of the Service as a whole. By checking "I agree to the Seller Agreement" during seller onboarding, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, don't complete seller onboarding.
1. Platform fee
TroveWright charges a platform fee of 6.5% plus $0.30 per sale, calculated on the item price plus shipping before tax. This fee is deducted from your seller proceeds — buyers are never charged more than the listed price, shipping, and applicable tax. The fee is taken automatically as part of payment processing; you do not need to remit it separately.
2. Taxes
TroveWright collects and remits applicable U.S. sales tax on marketplace transactions through Stripe Tax, based on the buyer's shipping address. You are not responsible for collecting or remitting sales tax on TroveWright marketplace sales yourself.
3. Payouts and the payout hold
Seller proceeds are held for 19 days after a sale before becoming eligible for payout through Stripe Connect. This hold exists to cover the ship, buyer-report, and response windows described below, so a payout isn't released before a dispute could still be raised.
4. Shipping, buyer reports, and seller responses
Ship window. You must ship a paid order within 5 days and provide tracking information where available.
Buyer report window. A buyer has 11 days after an order is marked shipped to report a problem (for example, an item not received or not as described).
Seller response window. If a buyer reports a problem, you have 3 days to respond.
5. Disputes and chargebacks
If a dispute isn't resolved directly between you and the buyer, or if a buyer files a payment-card chargeback, TroveWright decides the outcome through admin arbitration. TroveWright's decision on an escalated dispute or chargeback is final.
6. Refunds and fee recovery
If an order is refunded after it has already shipped, the platform fee TroveWright already collected on that sale is recorded as a debt against you and offset against your future payouts, rather than refunded to you.
7. Prohibited items
You may not list counterfeit or fake items for sale. TroveWright prohibits counterfeit listings outright, independent of any dispute or report process.
8. Moderation and account suspension
TroveWright moderates the marketplace reactively: through user reports, admin review and takedown, and an automated filter on card/product names. We may remove a listing, reset an offending display name, or suspend your seller account, at our discretion and with or without notice, if we determine you've violated this Agreement — including listing a counterfeit item.
9. Stripe Connect Express
Selling on TroveWright requires onboarding through Stripe Connect Express. Stripe collects and verifies your identity information as part of this onboarding and handles payout processing on TroveWright's behalf. Stripe is also responsible for issuing you a Form 1099-K, if applicable, based on your sales volume — TroveWright does not issue this form itself.
10. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll require you to accept the updated version before you can continue listing items for sale.
